obligo is a statutory compliance tracking platform for Indian businesses. It helps you track deadlines, store evidence, and manage compliance tasks. It does not provide legal advice. Compliance responsibility remains with your company and its advisors.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered during onboarding. Incorrect company profile data may result in incorrect or missing compliance tasks. You are responsible for verifying that generated tasks match your actual obligations.
obligo is a tracking and reminder tool. We are not liable for penalties, fines, or regulatory action arising from missed filings, incorrect data, or reliance on the platform as a substitute for professional compliance advice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
You may request a full data export before cancelling. After 30 days post-cancellation, your data may be deleted. Write to hello@obligo.in to request an export.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
